We are in-network with several insurance plans. We accept both self-pay (out-of-network and uninsured) clients and insured (in-network) clients. Our clients are able to use their insurance to pay for part, if not all, of the fees for their treatment. We accept payment via cash, check, health savings account, or credit card. 


Payment for services is made at each session.  For clients participating in virtual appointments, only credit/debit cards are accepted forms of payment. All clients are to keep a valid credit card on file with us. Circumstances, when your card would be charged, include but are not limited to: 

  • missed or canceled sessions without 24-hour notice

  • Copayment/coinsurance/deductible

  • Outstanding balance

  • Self-pay services.

Before your first appointment, check your coverage carefully by following up with your insurance and asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and have I met it?

  • Do I have a deductible first plan?

  • What is my copay or coinsurance?


A deductible, copayment, and coinsurance are medical charges you must pay out of your own pocket, even if you have insurance.

  • Your deductible is the initial amount you must pay each year for covered health services before your insurer will start to chip in. Plans may have separate individual and family deductibles and/or deductibles for separate services such as hospitalization.

  • A co-payment is a fixed amount you are responsible to pay at every medical appointment. 

  • Coinsurance is a fixed percentage, rather than a flat amount, that you pay at each medical appointment.
